Mondays at 10am from the Hawthorns Centre on the Common – a walk that lasts just under an hour. We stay on the pavements and it’s completely off road apart from the Cowherds car park and Cemetery Road. Many walkers stay afterwards for a social tea or coffee and a chat at the Hawthorns café. New people should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to meet the walk leader and register.  (Moderate one hour ‘Keep Fit’ walk).

Tuesdays at 2pm – Stress buster walk from the Hawthorns Centre on the Common – a walk that lasts just under an hour. We walk mostly off-road and return to the Hawthorns café so that people can stay for a social time, afterwards, if they wish. New people should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to meet the walk leader and register.  (Moderate one hour ‘Keep Fit’ walk)
