There are no venue specific Covid restrictions in place, however, please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19 or have been in close contact with anyone who has Covid. Although testing remains voluntary, rapid lateral flow tests are available and accessible to everyone in England, and you might like to take one before the meeting. We all have a personal responsibility to protect and look after each other.
Bearing in mind recent sharp increases in local Covid infections, it is quite possible that arrangements to hold the AGM will be subject to last minute adjustment if advice changes and restrictions are imposed. For example, attendance may be restricted to one member per household, the total number of attendees may be restricted and/or refreshments may be postponed to another occasion. HRA social media will have the latest information nearer the date.
If any member feels at all unsure about attending due to Covid, be assured that the AGM minutes will be emailed to all members and posted on social media soon after the AGM.
The next committee meeting following the AGM will be held on Tuesday 14 December. HRA members can request that an item of business is included on a Committee Meeting Agenda by contacting the Chair or Secretary at least a day in advance of the meeting. From that date, committee meetings will be open to HRA members but without voting rights.
Supporting papers: members are asked to bring their own pen for signing in and print their own copies of any documents as required.
