Health Walk on Southampton Common

Mondays at 10am from the Hawthorn Centre on the Common – a walk that lasts just under an hour.

We stay on the pavements and it’s almost completely off road. Many walkers stay afterwards for a social tea or coffee and a chat at the  Hawthorns café.

New people should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to meet the walk leader and register.  (Moderate one hour ‘Keep Fit’ walk)
