Open Mic Night – This is tonight (Friday 19 July) at 6.15pm at October Books, Portswood!

This Friday is our poetry open mic night (runs every third Friday of the month of course!) Come and join our wonderful hub of poets for an evening of joy.

This is a special one for me (Amelia) as July 2023 was the first time I ever performed my poetry to anyone! Any guesses where it was? it was at our open mic night! Back when it was hosted by the fantastic Jonny Moreland.

Little did I know that a year would pass me by and I would get to spend this anniversary hosting all of you wonderful poets!
